Church is the place where believers can love one another 1 John 4:12, Encourage one another, Hebrews 3:13, "spur" one another, Hebrews 10; 24, serve one another, Galatians 5: 13, instruct one another, Romans 5: 14, honor one another, Romans 12:10, and be kind and compassionate to one another. Ephesians 4:32.
Hebrews 10: 22 through 25. Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised ;) and let us considers one another to provoke unto love and to good works: not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
It is impossible that the members of our Church be without sin in their lives.
1st John 1: 8 through 10. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
Church is not the place to form separate little groups that leave others to feel inferior or left out. When a member falters, that is when they need our help and support; we must keep a watchful eye and be ready to encourage one another to seek Gods help and guidance in all our ways.
Hosea 14: 4. I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from them. God sets the example, we are not to condemn and shun those that need Guidance.
Psalm 73: 24. Thou shallot guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
Matthew 18: 12. How think you? If a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine and goethe into the mountains, and catch that which is gone astray? Church should be a fortress of strength and help and fellowship to combat the wiles of the Devil that befall us daily. Our strength, which we use to help ourselves and others, comes from God himself that dwells inside each believer.
1st John 4: 12 through 13. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelled in us, and his love is perfected in us. Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his spirit. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the son of God, God dwelled in him and he in God.
Church attendance should be an uplifting, joyous learning experience that believers can look foreword to attending. It is so important to make sure believers are treated individually and without prejudice, so they will have an opportunity to feel comfortable worshipping with others, paving the way for the Holy Spirit to do his work.
Jeremiah 3: 15. And I will give you Pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
We must not abandon other believers just because they have faltered or turned away from God. 2 Thessalonians: 14 through 15. And if any man obeys not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed. Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. We should never think that we are better than other believers just because we do not have the problems that they have.
Romans 2: 11. For there is no respect of persons with God.
There are no two persons alike; each has a different level of thinking and understanding. What does someone see when they look at you and your life style? God's children following God's Word are the most loveable, kind, gentle and caring Christians that are ever mindful of obeying God's Word.
Matthew 22: 37 through 39. Jesus said unto them, thou shallot love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with thy entire mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, thou shallot love thy neighbor as thyself.
